I have worn Cotswold shoes for many years and have always been very pleased with them.

I work in care and these shoes are really comfy and are waterproof and non slip.would definitely recommend .

The item did not exactly match the photograph and appears slightly narrower than expected but ok.

The original Cotswold Ruscombe shoe was the best lightweight walking shoe I've ever come across; this revised version (the Ruscombe2) is significantly inferior. The original shoe was comfortable and practical. I could walk for miles in it. It was also an excellent shoe for anyone who had a job that meant long hours standing (I used to manage a bookshop). However, someone (a designer? A marketer?) decided that perfection wasn't good enough and decided to “improve” on the original Ruscombe design by adding extra height to the heel. Presumably this person thought it made the shoe more stylish or fashionable. What it actually did was give me back ache in the first half mile. The original Ruscombe shoe was unique in that it was a good-looking shoe that was also practical. This new version is nothing special. It is just a shoe. You can go into any shoe shop and find a dozen shoes that are similar. I hope that Cotswold Shoes comes to their senses, and bring the original Ruscombe back.
