Delivery and Returns
Free delivery offer valid at cotswoldshoes.co.uk. For orders over £100 we offer free delivery to mainland UK postal addresses.
We do not deliver on a Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
Orders arrive within 2-5 working days. Please expect a small delay if there is a bank holiday or your order is placed on a weekend or after 2pm. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.royalmail.co.uk to track your order.
** Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Delivery times can be effected by local weather conditions.

Our UK delivery methods are by Royal Mail and DPD, our delivery and handling fees are as below :
UK Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) : £4.99
Orders over £100 (2-5 working days) : Free Delivery
At this time, we only ship orders to mainland UK & Scottish Highlands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, EU and BFPO addresses.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Of course, you may return unworn products for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 14 days from receipt of your order. To start a return please email email@example.com or call +44(0)1452 886 209.

Please return footwear by wrapping the original shoe box with a delivery bag or plastic to avoid damage to the shoe box. We reserve the right to refuse your return for damaged shoe boxes that are not in resellable condition. Please do not affix labels, write on or alter the shoe boxes as this will deem the item unsellableYou are required to take the items to a local Post Office with the return label attached to the outer carton that the goods arrived in. We would advise that you gain Proof of Postage and retain this until you have received your refund.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. A credit should appear against your payment card account within 2-3 working days from return. We cannot give a refund for merchandise returned after the 14-day period, in this case please contact us. If you suspect a problem on worn product which you have ordered from of our website, the product must undergo inspection before a credit is made to your credit card. Please call +44(0)1452 886 209 for further instruction on returning merchandise that you believe is suffering a problem.
Your order number can be found on the invoice and packing note sent to you in the shipment and order confirmation e-mail.
REFUND OF OUTBOUND SHIPPING CHARGE:
We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 providing: Your order is returned within 14 days of Receipt. Your order is returned in Full. Your order is returned suitable for re-sale in original box with all labels and packaging in place.

If you expect a problem with a product and you have purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than cotswoldshoes.co.uk please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase from.
