Free Delivery on all orders.
Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
Deliveries may take longer for non-UK mainland postcodes and remote locations or during busy sale periods.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
£5.99 Delivery on all orders
Place order before 7pm Mon-Thursday for next day delivery (excluding bank holidays)
Place order anytime Friday and Saturday or before 5pm Sunday for Monday delivery (excluding bank holidays)
Deliveries to outlying areas (e.g. Highlands) and Northern Ireland will take 2-3 days
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

TRACKING ORDERS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to track your parcel.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number.
The courier will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour.
After the first missed delivery, the courier may try to redeliver the next working day or they will return the item back to their location and leave a card offering alternative options.
Please report any parcel that has not been received within 30 days of the dispatch date. Failure to do so would mean that this would not qualify for investigation or enter into the claims process as per the delivery companies terms and conditions of delivery.
REMOTE AREAS
Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.
At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses at this time.
DELIVERIES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.
The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the progress of your parcel.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact us immediately by email at info@cotswoldshoes.co.uk or on our customer services number +44(0)1452 886 209 and we will attempt to intercept it. Of course, you may return unworn products for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order, excluding any delivery charges.
