SAVER DELIVERY

We offer Saver delivery of £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked for all orders under £100. We offer free delivery for orders over £100. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. 

STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days. Orders will need to be submitted before 2pm Mon - Fri. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.

EXPRESS DELIVERY  

We offer DPD next working day delivery of £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 4pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.royalmail.com or www.DPD.co.uk to track your order.

Royal Mail will always try to deliver items first time, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.

Royal Mail would then take the item back to the Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.

If you are not at home to accept delivery and you have picked Royal Mail to deliver your parcel, they may deliver your item to a safe place location at the address without a specific instruction from you.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS 

At this time, we only ship orders to mainland UK & Scottish Highlands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, EU and BFPO addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the next working day but this is dependant on your delivery method selected.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Of course, you may return unworn products for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order, excluding any delivery charges.
