I purchased these boots through SP Holland Clothing in
May 2024.
The boots are really comfy and I love the colour, however the boots were not being worn until Oct 2024 and purely for use for walking my dog in wet weather.
So since Oct 2024 some five months later the boot has split and SP Holland Clothing are stating this is due to natural wear and tear!
I have contacted Cotswolds asking for assistance in this only to be told to contact the retailer I made the purchase through, despite me showing them the initial correspondence with SP Holland.
I have submitted photographs to both companies and have been left with no resolution.
Such a shame as I like the product but it is unacceptable for them to split after such a short time.
Needless to say my husbands cheap wellies from Wilko as still going strong some 3 years later!!
My last pair were at least 10 years old when I trod on something sharp and made a hole in the heel. They were the best wellies I have ever had. Much better than more expensive brands which don’t last more than a few months before splitting!
