Bought these waterproof walking shoes for dog walks and loved them so much I got another pair ,use them daily, the first pair lasted over a year so had to get the same ones again as they are soo good 👍🏼
I found these very stiff to start with but fine after "wearing in". They are on the large side so need thickish socks. Not as comfortable as the Wychwood style I had before but I prefer the colourway of these.
These are nice looking trainers. If you're looking for a flexible shoe, these are not the trainers for you. They are very sturdy trainers with quite solid soles. They are comfortable but I have marked them average as I find they are a tiny bit neat, fit wise. I am hoping there might be a bit give in them, once I have worn them a few more times. I can't comment on how waterproof they are, but from the look and feel of them, I am expecting that they will keep my feet nice and dry when required. All in all, they are excellent for the price and, as a bonus, the uppers are 85% made from recycled plastic bottles!
Like others I agree the shoes are very hard and take a bit of getting used to. No blisters or anything but just the hardness and lack of flexibility when you walk. They are better for wood walking rather than pavements as they can be a bit slippy on a hard surface. For the price (I paid about £35) they are great value and although I haven’t tested them in the pouring rain, I’ve been through puddles with no issue. I’m glad I bought them.
I'm really impressed with the style and quality of these shoes. They feel strong and durable without compromising the comfort. Also they look great! Everything I had hoped for and more.
These trainers have a very hard footbed and makes them uncomfortable. They are no good for walking let alone doing a sport not sure what activity they were designed for. After wearing them the first time I couldn’t feel my feet (pins and needles)as there is no cushioning whatsoever.
