Wellies split in multiple places after having less than two weeks! After the first one I thought this was an unlucky one off so tried to glue them back together. The next day the other welly split. I then decided this wasn’t an unlucky event and just a poor quality product. The company refuses to take responsibility and are unwilling to offer any kind of refund or replacement. I’m very disappointed as my last pair of wellies from this company have so far been very substantial so I bought a 2nd pair in a shorter boot. Very disappointed in the quality of product and the company’s lack of accountability.
